Well.
Swap-A-Cross has come and gone and for it’s first year running I would say it was a success. The turnout was what I had hoped for and everyone there seemed to enjoy the swap, the racing and the food.
A big thanks to Lisa from Rally Coffee for keeping everyone fueled up and warm with amazing latte’s and coffe. Also a big thanks to Rolf Prima, Co-Motion and Portland Design Works for taking time out of their weekends to show the Eugene community what their brands are all about.
We also need to thank Eric Dungey and the Paul’s Bicycle Way of Life, GEARs and Ride Oregon folks for setting up over 60ft of tent for everyone to sell their stuff under cover of all the sunlight we had Saturday morning. Eric also brought two huge pots of chili and burritos.
Thanks again to all of you. I hope to post the pics I took of the event tonight.
Take care,
Chuck Hood
